Nitin is Chief of Strategy & Insights and the lead analyst for Roaming & Wholesale Strategies at Kaleido Intelligence. He brings over 10 years of experience working with operators and vendors in the mobile and digital technology industries. Nitin specialises in research, strategy development and the production of cutting-edge market intelligence reports, forecasts and consulting services.
Nitin has much experience of conducting ad-hoc research and consultancy projects for leading roaming vendors and telco service providers. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and is frequently interviewed by the media including the BBC, CNBC and Reuters.
Steffen is Chief of Research at Kaleido Intelligence. He is an experienced data analyst and has authored numerous articles and reports covering IoT and mobile technology strategies. He is the lead analyst for IoT Roaming and Managed Connectivity Services at Kaleido Intelligence.
Steffen has vast experience of market sizing and forecasts, alongside leading bespoke consulting services for global technology brands. Steffen is a regular keynote speaker and panellist at technology industry events.
Jon is responsible for all the commercial operations at Kaleido Intelligence, alongside spearheading the company’s sales and marketing activities.
Jon has worked with a diverse client base, helping them utilise the power of both syndicated and custom research solutions, including global brands such as Bell Canada, Deutsche Telekom, Gemalto, Infobip, Orange, O2, Sony Mobile, Syniverse, Three and Vodafone, alongside small- and medium-sized companies. He is a people person, who thrives on helping clients realise the power of market intelligence.
Gilbert brings over 20 years of experience working for operators and vendors in the telecommunications sector, giving an immense understanding of the global roaming and interconnect market. Boasting long and successful roles at KPN and iBASIS, Gilbert now spearheads Kaleido’s Consulting services, using real-world expertise combined with Kaleido’s underlying research.
Windsor is Principal Research Consultant at Kaleido. He has over 20 years of industry experience, delivering consulting projects in the telecoms sector, including bespoke forecasting, due diligence, strategic planning and go-to-market reports. He is responsible for Kaleido’s ongoing research and bringing his expertise to custom research projects.
James brings over a decade of experience directly working in the research sector with Nielsen and Juniper Research. His attention to detail and analytical skills bring new levels of insight to clients. With a particular interest in new technologies, James leads many of Kaleido’s research studies in its connectivity research portfolio.
Tina brings over 30 years of experience in administrative and marketing roles to Kaleido, including over 10 years in the research sector. In her role as Senior Marketing Executive, Tina is responsible for communications about Kaleido’s industry survey and engagement programmes, alongside proofing Kaleido’s report portfolio.
Michael is a highly experienced research expert, bringing over 20 years of research experience from both analyst houses and end clients. His experience includes Euromonitor, Save the Children, Carat Global and Dentsu Aegis Network, amongst others. Michael brings his vast expertise and ability to transform research into quality insights to the Kaleido team.
Shrey brings over a decade of research experience in the telecommunications, energy and financial services. He has worked with leading brands, including companies affiliated with Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s. At Kaleido, Shrey leads research studies into a mixture of areas across the company’s roaming portfolio.
