Kaleido asked a series of questions to understand and gauge consumer sentiment and travel demand for both leisure and business travel in a very rapidly changing and challenging environment. In addition, 7 questions were asked with the aim of understanding the factors that will continue to influence consumer travel behaviour over the next 24 months and what level of travel should be expected.
